Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Drives 0400-0040CT-DTV-F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tavis-Corporation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 09437702B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1070071376101 manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 103471 by Manufacturer Tavis-Corporation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Reliance-Electric Brand 051851 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sensotec such as 060314722 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 115VAC made by Micro-Alliance as well as the popular 0608820092 original spares produced by Rexroth

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 117D7321P2 by Ge and 060314722 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 118D1575G4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
